Upon request, we can utilize almost any straight plank flooring color available to create a custom pattern such as chevron or herringbone. Our custom cut services are offered with an approximate 2 weeks lead time. With Chevron and Herringbone becoming more popular in homes throughout the US, you can too implement custom herringbone or chevron cut pattern flooring in your home.

The additional costs to cut, route new tongues and grooves, add bevels, and stain and finish are based on the original content of the box. During the cutting process of producing chevron or herringbone patterns, some material is wasted. As a result, the new final amount of flooring square footage per box will be lessened. The price for customization reflects the additional work required to cut the planks into these specific patterns which is additional to the original straight plank flooring cost. Custom made-to-order flooring less than 500 sq ft of the product will incur a $300 set up fee added at checkout.
